DELIVERY POLICY:

The courier will try to deliver your order three times before it is automatically canceled. Ensure you are reachable and available to receive the order during these attempts. Any postponement, address change, or failure to pick up the order will count as an attempt.
Please be aware that you cannot open the shipment in the courier's presence. For any exchanges please receive your order then contact us through our instagram account or email us 

Exchanges:
• Clothing purchased from TheRueSociety can be exchanged for another size or color. Please inform us  within 24 hours of delivery so we can be able to reserve your new exchange before item run out of stock.
• The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the tag intact.
• Please note that for each exchange you will be charged delivery fees.
• Contact us through our Instagram page and once your exchange request is confirmed, our team will arrange for the delivery of your requested item.

Refunds
Unfortunately we do not accept returns unless there is an issue from our side We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded through our store. In some cases we refund on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like bodysuits, Coats, Dresses for hygienic reasons.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
